加压氧化法生产草酸的工艺研究

摘    要:本文针对传统氧化法生产草酸工艺中存在的硝酸用量大,得率低,NO_2,NO对环境产生污染等问题,在氧化罐内充入氧气,使氧化反应中产生的NO转化为NO_2。同时提高反应压力至0.16~0.20MPa,增加了NO_2在反应液中的溶解度,提高了硝酸的利用率,降低了生产成本,减少了废气对环境的污染。

Abstract:In view of problems of traditional oxidation process producing oxalic acid,sucj as high consumtion of nitric acid,lower recovery, pollution of NO and NO_2 and so on,to introduce oxygen into a container and make it to be pressurized to 0.16-0.2Mpa, the NO produced in reaction was further converted into NO_2. In this way, solubility of NO_2 and uitiiization rate of nitric acid were increased, the cost of production and pollution of waste gas were cut down.
