| Abstract: | Sand-bedding is a method used frequently on soft subgrade. On the basis of analyzing conventional design method of sandbedding, according to the vertical stress distribution and tested results of double-layer foundaion, combining many years' experience of design and the engineering examples, inquire into a new method of designing sand bedding was explored. |
