摘    要:110kV变压器低压侧近区出现短路故障后,变压器绕组会承受较大电流,多次短路电流会对变压器造成较大损坏。本文研制的变压器近区故障电流在线监测设备提出一套解决方案,采用四引线法、量程自适应的测量电路测量短路电流,以TMS320f2812和LPC2220作为嵌入式微处理器,双处理器之间由双口ram处理数据交互,使用基于TCP/IP协议的以太网通讯方式,实时采集正常工作状态以及短路故障状态下的电流,计算出电流特征值,并存储短路故障波形。

Abstract:In case of a short-circuit fault occurring in the low voltage side of the 110kV transformer, a large current may flow through the transformer windings. And if the short-circuit occurring frequently, the transformer would be damaged seriously. In order to solve this problem, an on line monitoring equipment was proposed in the paper to detect the current using the four-wire method and auto-range measuring circuitry. The TMS320F2812 and LPC2220 were employed as the embedded microprocessors and a dual-port RAM was used to perform the data interaction. And the communication based on the TCP/IP protocol was used to collect the real-time currents data in normal status and the fault status. With these data, the characteristic values could be calculated and the waveform of short-circuit current could be stored.
