便携式磨料射流切割装置的设计与应用

摘    要:便携式磨料射流切割装置是在前混合磨料射流技术的基础上,对原有的固定式磨料射流进行改进,形成了一种便携式的切割装置,该装置作业灵活、实用性强,尤其适合野外和井下等场合的切割作业。主要研究了便携式磨料射流切割装置的整体和磨料射流发生装置的设计,确定了相关参数,并对该装置的工作原理和主要特点做了相关阐述。

Abstract:The portable abrasive water jet cutting device is a former mixed abrasive water jet technolo- gy, based on the original fixed to improve the abrasive water jet to form a portable cutting device, the device operating flexibility, practicality, and is particularly suitable for outdoor and underground cutting operation and so on. The portable abrasive water jet cutting devices and the overall occurrence of abra- sive water jet device to determine the relevant were studied. The parameters and the working principle of the device and the main features of the relevant do.
