中国保健食品现状及存在问题探讨

摘    要:目的介绍我国保健食品的批准及生产流通现状,探讨影响保健食品持续发展的因素。方法统计2003年以来批准的保健食品主要功能项数,采用问卷法对保健食品企业生产销售情况进行调查。结果保健食品无论产品数量,还是销售总额均取得发展,但存在着保健食品原料有潜在的不安全性,大多数保健食品的功能宣称集中在少数功能上,功效成分与保健功能关联性差等问题。结论应加强对保健食品原料安全性和功效成分的研究,鼓励研制有知识产权的优良保健食品。

Abstract:Objective To describe the status of the certification and circulation of the products for national health foods and discuss the influence factors of the sustainable development of national health foods.Method The numbers of major function items of national health foods were summarized and the production sales in industries were inspected by questionnaire.Results Improvements were made in both output and total sales of national health foods. The problems of the safety of raw materials were very serious, and the functions of national health foods were concentrated on a few functions and the relationship between effective contents and functions should be explored.Conclusion More attention should be paid on research of safety of raw materials and effective contents of national health foods.
