| 摘 要： | 红发夫酵母是虾青素生产中最具潜力的生物来源。研究中应用PhaffiarhodozymaAs 2 15 5 7菌种 ,通过实验和分析方法确定碳源的两步流加培养方式 ,即第 1步用蔗糖和甘油的混合物 ;第 2步则流加蔗糖和乙醇的混合物。培养结果良好。
