| 摘 要： | 塑料制品的快速制造技术在当前制造业中是较为热门的工艺技术,该项技术是集测试、设计、快速原型制造以及快速模具等技术于一体的综合技术.主要介绍了快速制造系统的组成及工艺路线,举例分析了了典型样件的快速制造工艺的特点,讨论了其中的关键技术环节及相关的处理方法.

| Abstract: | The Rapid Manufacturing of Plastics products is a popular technical skill in today's industry, It is a synthetic technology incorporating Measurement、Design、Rapid Prototype Manufacturing and Rapid Tooling. The paper briefly introduces components and processing line for RP System, cites an example to analyze RPM's characteristics for model, discusses key technologies and related treatment methods for characteristics. |
