基于试验场道路试验的汽车用PEMFC故障分析

摘    要:针对车用燃料电池使用特点,设计了一次汽车试验场道路耐久试验,以研究质子交换膜燃料电池(PEMFC)在试验场道路下的故障特点.定义了燃料电池故障等级,借助可靠性理论分析得到了故障增长趋势,分析了故障特点.试验结果表明:燃料电池是整车的主要故障源.功率输出类故障频繁发生.

Abstract:Considering the characteristics of fuel cell used for vehicle,an enduring road test was designed to find the failure characteristics of proton exchange membrane fuel cell(PEMFC) at testing ground.The failure ranks of fuel cell were defined and provided the failure increasing trend by the reliability analysis theory and analyzed the failure characteristics.The test data indicated that fuel cell was the main failure source and the power output failures occurred frequently.
