On How to Lead the New Social Class to Participate in Administration and Discussion of State Affairs in an Orderly Fashion

The biggest change ever happened to China＇s social structure since the implementation of opening-up and reform policy 30 years ago had been the emerging of new social hierarchy.With the establishment of primary socialist economic system and the growth of new social class,China has been gaining economic and social influence as well as a say in politics.The keen desire for political involvement,the self-improvement and various problems run into when dealing with political affairs had made it possible and necessary for the new class to take part in the government in an orderly fashion,while the ruling party could provide positive guidance for participation in administration and discussion of state affairs.
