摘    要:为了提高电力系统高压电气设备的安全可靠性指标,研发了变电站容性设备介损在线监测系统。系统采用全球定位系统(GPS)同步授时功能实现高精度同步采样;选用现场可编程门阵列(FPGA)器件EP1C6Q240C8完成芯片ADS8505的实时采样;利用QuartusII软件进行逻辑设计时,使用超高速集成电路硬件描述语言(VHDL)设计工频频率测量和A/D采样模块的逻辑控制时序并完成信号提取、预处理和数字化;通过紫蜂(Zigbee)无线网络传输处理后的信号给变电站监控中心;最后由专家软件进行容性设备绝缘性能的判断。试验结果表明,同型号设备介损测量值误差≤±0.3%,系统可满足在现场应用中的要求。

Abstract:An online monitoring system of dielectric loss in capacitive equipment based on GPS(Global Positioning Systems)and Zigbee is developed and studied,with which the reliability of high voltage apparatus can be improved greatly.High-accuracy synchronization sampling is realized by GPS.The real-time sampling of AD convector ADS8505 is realized by FPGA(Field-Programmable Gate Array)IC EP1C6Q240C8.Logical design is finished by the Quartus II software,the logical sequential control of frequency measurement and AD sampling is designed by VHDL,the signal is successfully extracted,preprocessed and digitalized,the processed information is transmitted to the monitoring center of substation by the Zigbee wireless network,and the insulation of capacitive equipment is determined by an expert software.The running results show that the dielectric loss error is less than 0.3% and the system is qualified for monitoring the capacitive equipment.
