| 摘 要： | 介绍了一种带挤压油膜阻尼器的新型内圆磨床砂轮主轴,该种砂轮主轴具有优良的抗振性能,可使精密孔的加工质量提高15%以上,在机械加工领域具有十分重要的研究价值和广阔的应用前景。

| Abstract: | Squeeze film damper has good vibration attenuation effect to high-speed rotor.A grinding wheel spindle with squeeze film dampers was designed.A grinding experiment was done on a high-precision hole grinding machine.The experiment result shows that the squeeze film damper with reasonable parameters has supper attenuating vibration property to grinding wheel spindle,it can improve machining quality of precision hole10to15percent. |
