摘    要:金属尘化是铁基、镍基合金在高温高碳活度环境下发生的一种灾难性腐蚀。讨论了低合金钢的尘化腐蚀,根据Hochman-Grabke机理,将腐蚀过程分为:渗碳、碳化物析出和碳化物分解3个阶段,初步建立了描述尘演化过程的数学模型。以此模型对Cr5Mo钢在600℃下、CO-H2-H2O气氛中的尘化腐蚀演化进行模拟,计算值与试验值相符,计算结果表明该模型在工程应用上具有可行性。

Abstract:Metal dusting is a catastrophic corrosion in Fe-based and Ni-based alloys,which occurs in the hydrocarbon atmosphere at high temperature,the process of metal dusting in low alloy steels is discussed in this paper.According to Hochman-Grabke′s mechanism,the improvement of this corrosion can be divided into three phases: carburizing,precipitating of carbide and decomposing of carbide,then a preliminary mathematical model to describe this process is established.Applying this model to simulate Cr5Mo samples subjected to attack of metal dusting at 600 ℃,in CO-H2-H2O atmosphere,the simulating result is fit for calculating metal dusting rate of experimental samples′ result,which verifying the rationality of this model in engineering application.
