摘    要:研究了显色剂苦氨酸偶氮变色酸与钴的显色反应。pH10的柠檬酸铵-氨水溶液中,钴与苦氨酸偶氮变色酸反应形成绿色配合物,最大吸收波长650 nm,表观摩尔吸光系数2.7×104 L/mol.cm。25 mL溶液中,钴量在0~50μg范围内符合比尔定律。方法用于球形氢氧化镍中微量钴的直接测定,相对标准偏差小于5%,标准加入回收率99%~101%。

Abstract:The chromogenic reaction between the reagent picramazochrom and cobalt was studied.In medium,cobalt reacted with the reagent to form a green complex which exhibited an absorption maximum at 650 nm with a apparent molar absorptivity of 2.7×104 L/mol.cm.Beer's law was obeyed in the range of 0~50 μg/25 mL for cobalt.The proposed method was applied to determine cobalt directly in spherical nickel hydroxide of the RSD(n=5) between 0.8% and 1.6%,and the recovery was 99%~101%.
