| 摘 要： | 为了降低球团生产成本,武钢资源集团鄂州球团有限公司进行了降低球团矿中巴西矿配比的研究。通过降低预磨水分、优化链箅机热工参数等措施,将巴西矿配比降至40%以下,且保证了球团生产的稳定顺行。产品质量稳定,抗压强度达到2 626 N/个,有害元素含量也达到了高炉要求。

| Abstract: | To reduce the pellet production cost, the research on reducing the proportion of Brazil ore in raw materials of pellet was carried out in Ezhou Pellet Co., Ltd.of Resource Group of WISCO.The proportion of Brazil ore was reduced to less than 40 % by lowering the pre-grinding moisture and optimizing the thermal parameters of grate, which ensured the stable operation of pellet production.The product quality was stable with the compressive strength coming up to 2 626 N per pellet, and the content of harmful elements also met the requirements of blast furnace. |
