高炉炉缸区钒氧化物的还原试验

摘    要:炉缸区钒氧化物的还原对钒的收得率具有重要影响。通过研究炉渣成分和温度对钒氧化物还原的影响,结果表明:二元碱度对钒氧化物还原影响显著,钒氧化物的还原率随着二元碱度的增加而增加;MgO、Al_2O_3含量增加,钒氧化物的还原率先升高后降低;TiO_2含量增加,钒氧化物的还原率降低,且TiO_2含量超过11%时钒氧化物的还原率大幅降低;钒氧化物的还原率随着温度的增加而升高。当承钢高炉渣的二元碱度1.2、Al_2O_3含量14%、MgO含量10%、TiO_2含量9%、炉渣温度控制1 500℃时,钒氧化物的还原达到最佳,还原率达到90%左右。

Abstract:The reduction of vanadium oxides in the blast furnace hearth has an important influence on the yield of vanadium.The effects of slag composition and temperature on the reduction of vanadium oxides were studied.The effect of binary basicity was significant on the reduction of vanadium oxides and the reduction rate of vanadium oxides increased with increase of the binary basicity.The reduction rate of vanadium oxides increased firstly and then decreased when the contents of A12O3 and MgO increased.The reduction rote of vanadium oxides decreased with increasing TiO2 content,and a significant decrease in the reduction rate of vanadium oxides occurred once the content of TiO2 exceeded 11%.With increase in temperature,the reduction rate of vanadium oxides increased.An optimum reduction efficiency can be obtained with about 90% of reduction rate for the vanadium oxides at 1 500 ℃ of temperature and 1.2 of binary basicity for blast furnace slag,and 14% of Al2O3 content,10% of MgO content and 9% of TiO2 content in the slag.
