摘    要:以SUS304+Q235B热轧复合板卷为试验材料,利用单机架冷轧可逆轧机生产线,对SUS304+Q235B复合板卷进行了冷轧轧制工艺研究,分析了SUS304+Q235B复合卷冷轧变形规律及冷轧工艺控制技术,探讨了SUS304+Q235B复合板冷轧工艺参数,制定出一套适合生产实际的工艺方案。结果表明:单机架冷轧机组生产的SUS304+Q235B复合板界面结合良好,厚度尺寸和力学性能满足用户使用要求。

Abstract:The cold rolling technology of SUS304 + Q235B clad strip coil was studied on the production line of the single stand cold rolling reverse mill,with the experimental material of SUS304 + Q235B hot-rolling clad strip coil.The cold-rolling deformation law and control technology of cold-rolling process for SUS304 + Q235B clad strip coil were analyzed,and the specified technology parameters were discussed.Finally the suitable process scheme for practical manufacturing was designed.The results showed that the SUS304 + Q235B clad strip coil produced on the single stand cold rolling mill exhibited good combination in the interfaces,and the thickness dimension as well as the mechanical properties could meet customer's requirements.
