摘    要:为了进一步提高310S钢种的洁净度,满足其耐蚀性能。利用化学分析、金相及小样电解、扫描电镜等手段研究了以EAF+AOD+LF流程生产310S耐热钢原精炼工艺下的钢水洁净度,并在此基础上提出了优化方案。结果表明,通过适当提高AOD还原炉渣碱度、LF进站采用铝粉进行深脱氧和延长大流量底吹氩气搅拌时间等手段提高了310S钢水洁净度,其中连铸坯w(TO])由0.003 4%下降到0.002 5%,消除了直径大于30μm的大颗粒夹杂物,直径超过15μm的夹杂物数量减少了5.8%,1~7μm的弥散夹杂物数量增加了15.5%。

Abstract:For achieving preferable corrosion resistance,the cleanliness of 310S stainless steel needs to be improved fur-ther. The cleanliness of 310S heat resistant steel produced by EAF+AOD+LF process were studied by means of chemi-cal analysis,metallographic observation as well as scanning electron microscope. Based on the results,the optimizing solutions were put forward. The results indicated that increasing AOD slag basicity to 2.0,adding Al in LF process to deep deoxidizing and prolonging the Ar blowing time to remove inclusions with large size were very effective. After opti-mizing,w(TO]) in steel slab decresed from 0.0034%to 0.0025%,and the amount of inclusions with the size of 1-7μm increased by 15.5%,the amount of inclusions larger than 15μm decreased by 5.8%,and large inclusions over 30μm were approximately eliminated.
