真空热轧法制备不锈钢复合板组织和力学性能

摘    要: 为了研究轧制温度对复合板界面结合强度的影响,采用真空热轧法制备了不锈钢复合板,利用OM、EPMA观察分析了不锈钢复合板界面组织和合金元素扩散。结果表明,碳钢中碳、铁元素向不锈钢扩散,不锈钢中铬、镍等元素向碳钢扩散,界面处出现Si-Mn-O三元化合物,合金元素扩散随轧制温度的升高而趋于严重。远离界面碳钢的组织为铁素体和珠光体组织,靠近界面碳钢的组织为铁素体组织。碳钢至界面处硬度先减小后升高,界面至不锈钢内部硬度先升高后下降,距界面约40 μm碳钢侧的维氏硬度值最低约为121.8HV,距界面约20 μm不锈钢侧的维氏硬度值最高约为245.5HV。从1 100到1 300 ℃,剪切强度随轧制温度的升高而升高,1 300 ℃轧制获得的界面剪切强度为463 MPa,远远超过基体的剪切强度。

Abstract:The stainless steel clad plate was fabricated by vacuum hot rolling. The microstructures and the diffusion of alloy elements at the interface were observed by OM and EPMA. The effects of the hot rolling temperature on the interfa-cial bonding strength of the clad plate were researched. The results show that C and Fe diffused from the carbon steel to the stainless steel and Cr and Ni diffused from the stainless steel to the carbon steel. Si-Mn-O ternary compound was ob-served at the interface. The diffusion distance increased with the increasing hot rolling temperature. The microstructure of carbon steel far away from the interfacial was ferrite and pearlite. The microstructure of the carbon steel near the inter-face was ferrite. The hardness value from the interior of carbon steel to the interface first decreased and then increased. The hardness value from the interface to the interior of stainless steel first increased and then decreased. The lowest (about 121.8HV) and highest (about 245.5HV) values of hardness located in the carbon steel about 40μm to the interface and stainless steel about 20 μm to interface,respectively. In the range from 1100 to 1300 ℃,the interfacial shear strength increased with the increase of rolling temperature. The shear strength of clad plates fabricated at 1300℃was 463 MPa,which was much higher than that of the carbon steel substrate.
