摘    要: 为减少连铸与热轧工序之间坯料再加热的能源消耗,连铸直轧技术蓬勃发展,其关键技术之一在于连铸与轧制工序之间的补热工艺。针对板坯连铸直轧实际生产中对补热工艺的要求,建立了纵向磁通和横向磁通感应补热有限元模型,分析了板坯的补热过程。结果表明,纵向磁通对板坯表面整体补热效果好,但无法解决板坯边角温度偏低的问题;横向磁通可有效地对板坯边角进行局部补热;选择合适的电流大小和板坯移动速度,可使板坯温度分布更均匀。同时,使用自制的感应补热样机做补热试验,对补热效果进行检验,所得的试验结果与模拟结果一致。分析结果对板坯连铸直轧在实际生产中的感应补热工艺具有指导意义。

Abstract:In order to reduce the energy consumption of reheating slabs between the continuous casting and the hot roll-ing process,the Continuous Casting-Direct Rolling(CC-DR) process is developing vigorously. One of the key technolo-gies in the CC-DR is the concurrent heating between the continuous casting and the rolling process. In view of the re-quirement of concurrent heating technology in the actual production of slab CC-DR,the finite element models of the lon-gitudinal flux and transverse flux medium frequency induction heating are established to analyze the slab heating pro-cess. The results show that the longitudinal flux induction heating is good for heating the surfaces of the slab,but it can-not solve the problem of the low temperature at edges. The transverse flux induction heating can effectively heat the slab edges. The temperature distribution of the slab can be more uniform by choosing the appropriate current and slab moving speed. Besides,induction heating prototypes are made to inspect the effect of induction heating by concurrent heating ex-periments. The measured results are well consistent with the simulation ones. The analysis results have directive signifi-cance for the induction heating process in the actual production of slab CC-DR.
