摘    要:系统研究了球化退火温度及保温时间对CSP热轧50CrV4带钢组织与性能的影响。研究结果表明:在730~770℃的温度范围内球化退火4~18h时,随着退火温度的提高,碳化物粒径先缓慢增大后迅速降低,球化率逐渐增大;随着保温时间的延长,碳化物粒径逐渐增大,730及750℃时,球化率先增大后降低;770℃时球化率逐渐降低。当退火温度为770℃,保温时间为4h时,球化效果最佳,球化率为90.6%,碳化物平均粒径为0.29μm,硬度为202.8HV。

Abstract:The effect of spheroidized annealing temperature and time on microstructures and properties of hot rolled 50CrV4 steel strip produced by CSP process were systemically investigated.The results show that the average par-ticle size of cementite firstly increases and then decreases rapidly,while the spheroidization rate of experimental steel increases gradually when the annealing temperature increases from 730 to 770 ℃.And when the annealing time increases from 4 to 18 h,the average particle size of cementite increases,the spheroidization rate of experi-mental steel firstly increases and then decreases gradually at 730 and 750 ℃.In addition,the spheroidization rate of experimental steel decreases with the annealing at 770 ℃.The optimal spheroidized annealing process is obtained when annealing at 770 ℃ for 4 h.The spheroidization rate reaches up to 90.6%,the average particle size is 0.29μm and the Vickers hardness is 202.8 HV.
