摘    要:抚钢研制的1.2085模具钢在锻制大模块时预硬化硬度超出要求范围。通过对此钢种进行酸浸试验、硬度检验、成分分析、热处理试验等,研究了1.2085模具钢宏观成分偏析对预硬化硬度的影响。结果表明:宏观成分偏析主要是C及S元素,且C偏析影响预硬化硬度,正偏析部位硬度高,负偏析部位硬度低;钢锭尺寸愈大,影响愈明显,热处理亦无法消除这种影响。

Abstract:The pre-hardening hardness of 1.2085 die steel developed by Fushun Special Steel Shares Co.,Ltd.exceeded the standard requirement while forging large die blocks.The effect of macro-composition segregation on pre-hardening hardness of 1.2085 die steel was studied by add etching test,hardness test,chemical composition analysis and heat treatment test.The results showed that the macro-composition segregation was mainly carbon and sulfur segregation,and the carbon segregation impacted on prehardening hardness.The hardness at positive carbon segregation position was higher and the hardness at negative carbon segregation position was lower.The larger was the size of ingot,the more serious was the effect,and the heat treatment could not eliminate this kind of effect.
