农用无滴膜的研究

摘    要:采用掺混和涂布的技术路线,研制出PVC无滴膜。探讨了无滴剂复配、缓释剂、增效剂对掺混型无滴膜无滴性的影响以及涂布型无滴膜配方中无滴剂、填充剂和丙烯酸酯树脂的协同作用。制得的PVC无滴膜,其无滴性能与同类进口产品相同。

Abstract:In tis paper ,PVC Antifogging film have been produced by using the ways of blending and coating . The effects of composite antifogging agent ,slow releasing agent and synergist on the antifogging property of blending an-tifogging films have been studied. And the synergistic effect of antifogging agent, packing agent and acrylate resin in the formulation of coating antifogging film has also been studied. The antifogging property of the film so produced has reached the standard of imported ones.
