摘    要:研究了几种单一孕育剂以及它们的复合孕育剂对缸体用灰铸铁力学性能、壁厚敏感性和加工性能的影响.实验结果表明:孕育处理的铸件中,选择40%稀土 60u硅铁复合孕育剂,灰铸件抗拉强度可稳定在250MPa左右,并且断面敏感性可降低到20HB,品质系数良好.20%稀土 80u硅铁复合孕育剂处理的缸体用灰铸铁件具有最小断面敏感性和刀具磨损量,有优良的切削加工性能.

Abstract:The effects of several compound inoculants on the properties of the gray cast iron used in cylinder body are investigated in this article.The results show that tensile strength is higher than that of 250 MPa,sensibility of section hardness is reduced to 20 HB and metallurgy quality is improved for the gray cast iron inoculated using 60%75SiFe+40%RE compound inoculants.While,the gray cast iron inoculated with 80%75SiFe+20%RE compound inoculants has the best process-ability and the least sensibility of section hardness.
