双包层Er3+/Yb3+共掺光纤激光器稳态特性的分析

摘    要:对980nm泵浦光泵浦双包层Er3+/Yb3+共掺光纤激光器进行了数值模拟,分析了泵浦光与激光在双包层Er3+/Yb3+ 共掺光纤中的分布情况、输出功率与泵浦功率的关系、光纤长度与腔镜反射率对输出激光功率的影响,计算的最大斜效率为56.3%,接近于理论计算值的极限。

Abstract:Numerical analysis of the Er 3+/Yb 3+ co-doped double clad fiber laser has been preformed.The distribution of pump light and laser power along the function of output power versus pump power,the effect of fiber length and mirror reflectivity on output power have been analyzed.The calculated slope efficiency is up to 56.3%.It is relatively close to the quantum limit.
