碱液腐蚀及防护技术

摘    要:以碳钢为例,介绍了碱液的腐蚀过程。指出碳钢的应力腐蚀开裂是碱液腐蚀中危害最大的一种腐蚀现象。碳钢在5%浓度NaOH以上的全部浓度范围内都可能产生碱脆,而当NaOH浓度为30%左右时最危险。并从选材、结构设计及消除应力防止应力腐蚀等方面提出了一些防护措施。讨论了“全面腐蚀控制”管理的重要性。

Abstract:The corrosion process of caustic liquid on carbon steel is introduced. It is pointed out that stress corrosion cracking of carbon steel is the most dangerous one in caustic liquid corrosions. When the concentration of NaOH is greater than 5%, it will result in caustic embrit-tlement, which will become severe at about 30% . The protective measures are suggested in respect of material selection, construction design, stress relief and stress prevention etc. The importance of overall corrosion control is discussed.
