| 摘 要： | 根据某公司抓斗卸船机金属结构的特点 ,首先采用有限元计算分析方法确定其疲劳测点的位置。然后对疲劳测点在实际卸船作业工况中的应变变化历程进行现场测量记录 ,最后按名义应力方法和Miner法则对4号卸船机的疲劳寿命进行估算 ,并根据估算的结果 ,提出一些有益的建议。

| Abstract: | In this paper,the finite element method is used to determine fatigue points according to the characteristics of a grab ship unloader.Then the strain varying process of fatigue test points are tested and recorded on the spot under different actual conditions.At last,the nominal stress method and Palmgren and Miner's fatigue damage accumulation theory are used to access the fatigue life of the unloader.In addition,some beneficial advices are put forward according to the results. |
