炼油厂酸性水罐区排放气量分析计算

摘    要:为确定酸性水罐区排放气治理装置规模,建立了罐区排放气量的计算方法并进行了计算。酸性水罐区排放气包括大呼吸、小呼吸和来水中低碳烃的汽化。目前,A炼油厂酸性水罐区最大大呼吸排气速率为240m^3/h;最大小呼吸排气速率为212m^3/h;来水中低碳烃的汽化速率为20m^3/h;合计最大气体排放速率为472m^3/h。日排气量为6427m^3/d。

Abstract:In order to determine the scale of the equipments treating the exhaust gas from sour water tanks,the calculating method of the volume of the exhaust gas from the tanks was established and calculation was carried out. The exhaust gas comes from large breathing, small breathing and low carbon hydrogen vaporization. At present,the maximum volume of large breathing and small breathing of the refinery A is 472 m^3/h and 212 m^3/h respectively;the vaporizing rate of low carbon hydrogen is 20 m^3/h. Total exhaust gas volume is 6 427 m^3/d.
