摘    要:试验研究了矿石粒度、氧化时间、矿堆深度对硫化物氧化率及Fe、As、S脱除率的影响。结果表明,在矿石粒度-10 mm占96%、氧化时间8个月、喷淋强度25 L/m^2.h条件下硫化物的氧化率为62.36%。试验考察了氧化渣氰化调碱方法、氰化时间按对金浸出率的影响,结果表明滚瓶氰化、柱浸氰化、堆浸氰化时金的浸出率分别为45.32%、54.36%、52.45%。

Abstract:In this paper,the influence of several variables such as grain size,oxidation time and heap depth on removal rate of Fe/As/S and oxidation rate of sulfide was studied,the result showed that the oxidation rate of sulfide was 62.36% under the conditions of grain size 10mm 96%,oxidation time 8 months and spray strength 25 L/m2·h.The impact of NaOH,CaO and cyaniding time on gold recovery was investigated,and the result showed that the extraction rate of gold was 45.32%,54.36%,52.45% in roll,column and heap cyaniding leaching respectively.
