| 摘 要： | 通过对在用蒸球焊缝裂纹的分析,发现其主要产生原因是使用工艺的改动使容器局部温差应力增大,导致焊缝出现疲劳裂纹,并提出相应的改造方案,对蒸球的使用管理和压力容器检验有一定的借鉴作用.

| Abstract: | The main reasons of weld crackle on rotary spherical digester are analyzed in this paper.The modification of craft could cause the partial temperature to increase,which could lead to crackle in the welding.The matching solution is put forward which could be some better suggestions of the management and the test for pressure vessel and rotary spherical digester. |
