浮选柱试验平台的PID控制系统设计分析

摘    要:在浮选柱试验平台的基础上,设计了PID控制自动化系统,系统采用了较高稳定性能的硬件,如S7-200PLC、步进电机等,来增强系统总体的稳定性和控制精度;采用能实现上位机友好人机系统设计的力控组态软件,来保障浮选实验的实时控制。

Abstract:Based on the flotation column test platform,a set of automation system adopted by PID control is designed in this paper.The hardwares owned higher stable performance such as S7-200PLC and stepping motor etc are used in this system which improve stability and control accuracy.In order to realize the design of friendly man-machine system of the upper computer,the software of force control is adopted,so the real-time control of the flotation experiment is ensured.
