基于ADAMS的双横臂式前悬架的仿真分析与优化

摘    要:针对某厂家存在轿车前轮胎磨损严重的问题,利用虚拟样机技术,在ADAMS软件环境下建立了该轿车的双横臂式前独立悬架多体运动学仿真模型,计算分析了汽车运动过程中前悬架定位参数的变化规律,找出了造成轮胎磨损的主要原因,并对悬架结构进行了优化设计,得到了该轿车前轮胎磨损严重问题的解决方案.

Abstract:Aiming at the front wheels wear problem in some factory,the multi-body kinematics model of the front double wishbone typed independent suspention is established by using virtual prototype technology in the environment of ADAMS software.The change rule of alignment parameters of front suspention in a moving vehicle is analysed and the influence factor of the wheel wear is found.The solution to the front wheels wear problem is obtained by optimizing structural parameters of suspention.
