船用高压不锈钢卡套低温硫碳氮共渗研究

摘    要:不锈钢卡套式管接头是船舶液压系统中理想的连接件,其关键零件卡套属薄壁、小尺寸零件,应具有的"外硬内韧"性能往往不能得到保证。通过对实际应用情况及相应要求的分析,对几种口径的卡套进行硫碳氮共渗对比试验,确定了合理的热处理工艺,明确各种化学成分的合适范围,达到渗层深度、芯部韧性、表面硬度的较理想匹配,使卡套具有良好的韧性和切入性能。

Abstract:The stainless steel pipe connector of cutting sleeve type is the ideal connecting in ships′ hydraulic system,the key parts ferrule are thin-walled and small parts,which should have the "within the tough outer hard " properties,often cannot be guaranteed.With the analysis on the actual application and the corresponding requirements,and contrast tests of several caliber of sulpho nitro-carburizing,the proper heat treatment process and all kinds of the appropriate range of chemical composition is defined,and the idea matching of the carbonitriding layer depth,the core toughness and the surface hardness is achieved,which makes the ferrule has excellent toughness and cut performance.
