基于Pro/E槽轮机构三维建模及运动仿真分析

摘    要:运用Pro/E软件对槽轮机构进行三维实体建模及装配,运用Pro/E的Mechanism模块对槽轮运动机构进行运动仿真分析,得出槽轮机构的速度、加速度随时间的变化曲线.利用该方法可以使得设计人员快速、直观的对槽轮运动机构进行优化设计.

Abstract:The 3D solid mechanism modeling and assembly of the kinematic mechanism in sheave mechanism are made by using Pro/E.According to simulation analysis of the sheave mechanism by using mechanism module of Pro/E,the varying curves with time of sheave mechanism′s velocity and acceleration are given out.Using the above method,the engine designers can optimize the kinematic mechanism in sheave mechanism rapidly and intuitively.
