| 摘 要： | 以某型装备溢流阀为研究对象，分析了常见的故障及其表现特征，选取了适于监测溢流阀故障的特征信号，设计了溢流阀的状态监测系统，并用此系统采集和分析了溢流阀发生故障时的数据，得到了不同故障发生时的故障信号特征。

| Abstract: | The relief valve of a certain type of equipment is taken as the object.The performances and characters of the common faults is analysed,and the best characteristic signal for condition monitoring is chose.A condition monitoring system is designed,and is used in acquisition and analysis of the fault data.At last,the signal characters of different faults are summarized. |
