基于插装阀的电液控制支架液压系统研究

摘    要:文章讨论了插装阀在电液控制支架液压系统中的应用依据和前景,提出了设计方案,分析了工作原理。认为:插装阀具有通流能力大、响应快和采用电液先导控制的特点,特别适合于该种支架的工况,符合技术发展趋势,值得推广。

Abstract:The application prospect of plus-in valve in electro-hydraulic control support is studied.A chock-type hydraulic support equipped plus-in valve is designed,and analyzed in working principle.It is recognized that the plus-in valves,suitable to the working conditions of hydraulic support,we beneficial to easily providing electro-hydraulic control and to quickly moving the support,Therefore,it is worth while we find more and more applications due to their coincidence with the development of support technology.
