摘    要:在化学工业中,由不同金属制成的设备(金属合金或含一定杂质的同一种金属)当与电解质溶液(无机盐溶液等)接触时,这两种金属之间就会产生电位差。因而发生的腐蚀电池作用能够使其中一种金属溶解于电解质溶液,导致精细化工的微污染及设备坑蚀,造成产品等级下降及设备寿命的缩短等。本文主要分析电腐蚀的原理,并提出了相应的解决方法。

Abstract:When chemical industry equipment made of different metals(binary alloy or one metal with metallic impurity) is in contact with electrolyte solution like inorganic salt solution,potential difference would produce among the metals.The electrocorrosion will make one metal dissolve in the electrolyte solution and the dissolution may result in micro-pollution and pitting corrosion of equipment.Product quality and equipment's service life will be negatively affected.Principle of electrocorrosion is analyzed and the relevant solution has been put forward.
