The result is base on the analysis of the investigation of the Zhongshan Road of xiamen. We try to find out the cause of some business phenomena and foretell its future. We suggest its keeping the integrated image of the old forms and taking a more active part in the traditional culture affairs. It gives an idea of finding a way out between the modern business culture and the traditional culture in the revitalization of old cities.
