| 摘 要： | 对作为政治哲学基本范畴和价值的自由与平等的相互关系进行了辨析,分析了1990年代以来思想理论界围绕自由与平等问题之争论的社会背景;阐述了西方主要社会公正理论的要点及其对于我国转型期城市规划的适用性,强调运用社会公正理论建构城市规划公正框架需紧密结合转型中国的社会环境和条件,整合自由和平等两大价值及其思想资源;并运用国内学者在借鉴西方理论基础上提出的社会公正理论,对建构转型中国城市规划公正框架提出了探索性意见。
