柿竹园多金属矿选矿厂设计与生产实践

摘    要:系统地介绍了柿竹园多金属矿的特性、设计选用的流程,并对选矿设备进行了详细的介绍与比较。粗选设备设计选用了浮选柱代替常规浮选机,大幅度降低了生产成本。精矿脱水采用陶瓷过滤机、干燥采用粉体干燥机解决了矿山几代人想解决的难题。

Abstract:Characteristics for national polymetallic ore is described by the numbers, also introduced its designedflow sheet, and equipment for mill-run is introduced and compared in detail in this article. Routine flotation-cell is replaced by Column flotation in coarse-flotation circuit , and cost of product is reduced in great extent. Ceramic-filter is used in concentrate-dewatering , and powder-dryer is adopted in concentrate-drying , which solved difficult problem that more than one generation wants to settle.
