摘    要:针对中厚壁在水淬过程中出现淬火内裂纹的质量问题,对淬火热处理工艺进行研究并指导生产实践,阐述了淬火内裂纹的产生机理,提出了切实有效的"外淋+轴流"和"浸淬+轴流"优化淬火工艺,取得了显著效果,并创造性地将防止管材淬火开裂的原理、方法和技术用于部分易裂钢种的全水淬工艺开发,获得了成功。

Abstract:Research and production practice was carried out on quenching process, aiming at the quality problem of internal quenching crack occurred during quenching process of medium and large wall thickness tube. Mechanism of internal quenching crack is elaborated, and a practical and effective opti- mized quenching process-- external spray + axial flow' and ' soak quenching + axial flow' is brought forward with notable effect achieved. Principle, method and technique of preventing tube quenching crack were successfully applied on the development of full water quenching process for certain crack sensitive steels.
