螺纹旋合长度对钢轨接头螺栓强度的影响分析

摘    要:应用有限元接触分析方法,研究钢轨接头螺栓螺纹旋合长度对螺栓强度的影响.通过改变钢轨接头螺栓和螺母的螺纹旋合长度,并进行相应的接触有限元分析,定量研究钢轨接头螺栓内部的应力分布,为实现钢轨螺栓螺母的轻量化,降低螺栓和螺母的制造成本提供理论依据.
