摘    要:根据熔渣结构的分子离子共存理论建立了CaO-SiO2-Al2O3-V2O3四元系活度模型,应用该模型计算出的活度数据,对用钒氧化物矿代替钒铁直接合金化冶炼高速钢的工艺过程进行了热力学计算和分析.用此活度数据计算了Al作还原剂时渣的平衡成分,计算结果表明渣中V2O3的含量极低,直接合金化的热力学条件好,钒理论最大还原率高.通过该活度数据计算钢中或渣中的各种还原剂还原渣中V2O3的△G和Lv,计算结果表明Al是所有还原剂中还原能力最强的.

Abstract:The activity model of CaO - SiO2 - Al2O3 - V2O3 quaternary system was built according to the coexistence theory of slag structure, and the thermodynamics of the process of high speed steel pro- duced by direct alloying of vanadium oxidized ore was analyzed by thse activity data calculated by this model. The slag equilibrium composition was calculated by these activity data when A1 was reductant, and the results show that the content of V2O3 in slag was very low, the thermodynamics of direct alloying was good, and the theoretical yield of vanadium was high. The A G and Lv of V2O3 reduction by various reductants which were in slag or in steel were calculated by these activity data, the result show that Al is the strongest reductant among these reductants.
