攀钢新三高炉小粒度烧结矿的回收利用实践

摘    要:介绍攀钢新三高炉小粒度烧结矿回收利用情况。通过寻找合理的小粒度烧结矿布料装入方式及调整上下部操作制度,较好地保持了炉况顺行,降低了烧结矿返矿率,达到了降低成本的目的,同时探索了大高炉冶炼钒钛磁铁矿新的炉料结构。

Abstract:This paper introduces New on 3rd blast furnace at Panzhihua Iron and S ter recycling utilization. By looking for reasonably small sized sinter material loading teel small sized sin- and adjustment on lower operating system, better land maintained BF running, reducing sinter return rate, to reduce the cost, while exploring the big blast furnace
