聚丙烯纤维混凝土的收缩抗裂性能

摘    要:为研究聚丙烯纤维对混凝土收缩抗裂性能的影响,本文对未掺及单掺粉煤灰和双掺粉煤灰和聚丙烯纤维的混凝土试件进行了约束收缩试验。结果表明:与单掺粉煤灰相比,聚丙烯纤维的掺入使得混凝土在开裂时不会产生较大裂缝,纤维能够承担一部分拉应力,其应变曲线缓慢下降;最大和平均裂缝宽度大幅降低,裂缝总面积降至单掺粉煤灰时的2.4%。

Abstract:In order to investigate the influence of polypropylene fibers on shrinkage and cracking - resistance of concrete, in this contribution, three different types of concrete, with or without fly ash and polypropylene fibers, have been studied. Results indicate that,when concrete is cracking, polypropylenes fibers in concrete can sustain part of tensile stress to avoid big cracks. Compared with the concrete without fibers, the fiber reinforced concrete exhibits significant cracking - resistances.The maximum and average width of cracks decrease sharply. The total area of cracks can decrease to 2.4 %.
