BR/SBS共混型热塑性弹性体的制备及性能研究

摘    要:采用动态硫化法制备了BR/SBS共混型热塑性弹性体,研究了BR/SBS共混比对力学性能和高温力学性能的影响,并表征了其亚微观形态结构和动态性能与温度的关系,同时还探讨了结构与性能的关系。结果表明,当BR用量少于30份时,共混胶具有较好力学性能。

Abstract:BR/SBS thermoplastic elastomer was prepared by using dynamic vulcanization, and effects of BR/SBS blending ratios on mechanical properties and high temperature mechanical proper- ties of the vulcanizates were investigated. The morphology of submicroscopic structure and the rela- tionship between dynamic performance and temperature were characterized, and the relationship be- tween the structure and the properties were studied. The results showed that the mechanical proper- ties of the vulcanizates was good when the BR content was less than 30 phr.
