三元流技术在水泵改造中的新应用

应用三元流技术对浩良河化肥分公司老循环水泵站中的4#～9#6台循环水泵的改造,4#～6#泵流量从2016t/h提高到3000t/h;7#～9#扬程从31.1m提高到50m,从半年多的运行来看比较成功,该技术对水泵设计、管网调整、优化水厂水泵经济运行及对已有水厂水泵改造有一定推广应用价值。

A New Application of Ternary-Flow Technology in Modification of Water Pumps

Ternary-flow technology was applied in the modification of the No.4~9 circulating water pumps, 6 units in all, at the existing circulating water pump station of the Haolianghe Fertilizer Branch Company. After the modification, the flow of pumps No. 4~6 increased from 2 016 t/h to 3 000 t/h, and the lift of pumps No. 7~9 increased from 31.1 m to 50 m. The operation of the pumps over the last more than half a year showed that the said modification is rather successful and that the promotion and application of the said technology is of certain value to the designing of water pumps, the adjustment of pipe network, the optimization of the economic operation of water pumps at water plants as well as the modification of the water pumps of existing water plants.
