摘    要:有源滤波器(APF)容量的提高一方面受到变流器件所能处理的功率范围的限制,另一方面实际补偿装置很少考虑谐波的随机波动性特征,从而造成装置的补偿容量不能得到充分利用且运行成本增大.考虑谐波的随机波动性,文中引入M95值的定义,重点分析了随机谐波信号确定分量的提取.提出当补偿对象超过M95值或确定分量时,以M95值或确定分量作为实际补偿目标,并以此作为容量设计的依据,给出了当补偿容量越限时的处理方法和实例分析.用所提出的方法对APF的补偿容量进行设计,在保证配电网节点处谐波含有率满足一定的概率指标要求的前提下,能充分利用补偿装置的容量,在减小实际装置补偿成本的同时间接提高了装置的补偿容量.

Abstract:The capacity of an active power filter (APF) is restricted by the withstanding capability of its converter, on the other hand, very few APFs consider the random characteristics of the harmonics, which causes inefficient usages and extra operation costs. Considering the stochastic characteristics of harmonics, the concept of M95 is introduced to analyze the non-random components in harmonics. When the compensation target exceeds M95 or deterministic components, M95 or the deterministic component will be the actual compensation goal. And it will be the basis in determining the capacity of APF. The solution and application are also discussed when the capacity exceeds limits. This APF design method can ensure effectively take advantage of compensation capacity, therefore decrease the installation costs while still meet certain probability index requirements.
