电动执行机构分体安装的研究及应用

电动执行机构具有行程控制、转矩保护、手动操作、远方操作及就地控制等基本功能,可以将上位控制设备和DCS给出的电量指令信号转化为相应的位置,驱动最终控制部分(如阀门、挡板等)至DCS所要求位置,进而调节和控制流量、温度、压力等过程参数、实现系统的过程控制。目前,在我国大型火电厂中,电动执行机构应用非常广泛,但部分安装于管道上的电动执行机构因振动或受潮造成电动执行机构控制板卡、电源板卡故障频繁,影响系统的安全稳定运行。文章主要从电动执行机构分体安装在振动或受潮位置处的现状及应用,并取得了良好的结果。供从事相关行业技术人员参考。

Research and Application of Electric Actuator Split Installation

The electric actuator has many basic functions such as travel control, torque protection, manual operation, distance operations and local control which can turn the electricity directive signals given by host control unit and DCS into the appropriate location,in order to drive the final control part （ such as valves, baffles and other） to the lo- cation required by DCS and adjust the flow, temperature and pressure, finally,to realize the process control of system. At the present time ,the electric actuator is widely used in large thermal power plants in China, however, the faults of control board and power board of some electric actuators installed in the pipeline caused by vibration or damp had oc- curred frequently, it had affected the safety and stability of the system. This article mainly introduced the separated installation of electric actuator in vibration or damp locations. And good results were achieved,it can be a reference for relevant technical personnel.
