凹版印刷油墨转移特性分析

在凹版印刷中,图像层次的变化,取决于墨层厚度的变化,而墨量不象其它印刷方式一样可以在印刷过程中调节,而是取决于网穴的体积和油墨的转移率。针对凹版印刷过程中影响油墨转移的主要因素,用凹版印刷适性仪进行了打样,测量了样张的墨层厚度,计算了油墨转移率,用油墨转移率定量分析了承印物的性质、油墨粘度、印刷压力、印刷速度对凹版印刷油墨转移的影响,从而探讨了凹版印刷油墨转移的规律和特性。

Analysis of Ink Transfer Characteristics in Gravure Printing
