摘    要:对转8A贝氏体球墨铸铁斜楔生产中出现的球化率和渗碳体不合格问题进行了分析,并从铸造和热处理工艺方面探讨了影响材料性能因素及改善和提高材料性能的途径。试验结果表明,探讨碳当量和球化剂加入量,采用瞬时孕育等可提高球化率;采用预热砂型等可减少渗碳体。改进热处理工艺后材料的力学性能得到了改善。

Abstract:Unqualified Z8A bainite nodular cast iron wedge was analyzed by chemical and metallograph analysis and was related to its cast and heat treatment process. The results indicated that low graphite spheroidization rate and free cementite were the main causes of poor mechanical property. Measures are proposed for quality improvement.
